If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Candly products are handmade and may present slight variations from the photos.
Colors may differ depending on your device.

We reserve the right to modify descriptions, prices, and availability without prior notice.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been accepted.

Candly reserves the right to cancel or modify an order (e.g., due to stock issues).
In such cases, we will contact you.

Cancellations or changes can only be made in accordance with our Return Policy.

Our products are intended for personal use only — not for resale.

🟣 4. Prices & Payments

Prices include VAT but exclude any shipping fees.

You must provide valid payment information.
Payments are securely processed by Shopify’s payment providers.
We do not store card details.

🟣 5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by courier delays or external factors.

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility passes to the customer.

All content on Candly (photos, descriptions, text, branding) is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

The Candly name and logo are our property.
Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify.

Our store may include tools or links from third parties (e.g., Instagram).
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Before making any transaction through a third party, please review their own terms.

Candly operates on the Shopify platform.
Shopify processes certain personal data to provide its services.

However, your purchases are made directly with Candly.

Shopify is not responsible for products, orders, or transactions between you and Candly.

Some data may also be governed by Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

If you post reviews or comments, you grant us permission to use them for promotional purposes (e.g., testimonials).
